TERMS AND RULES FOR ARTICLE AND/OR HOME RECIPE SUBMISSIONS

By submitting an article and or recipe you agree to the following terms and rules.

The Taste of South Jersey and its publisher, David Long of The Taste of South Jersey, reserves the right to edit articles for length, publish, or not publish, articles (including the author’s name), at it’s sole and absolute discretion.

All articles submitted will become the property of David Long of The Taste of South Jersey. DJL reserves the right to amend or cancel this offer at any time.

RELEASE AGREEMENT

I grant to David Long of The Taste of South Jersey the irrevocable, perpetual right and permission to use, publish, display and reproduce the article submitted in conjunction with this release regarding the “Submission” in any media, in whole or in part, with or without alteration or modification, for the purpose of promoting my article “Submission” and David Long of The Taste of South Jersey publishing efforts. I certify that I am the sole author of the Submission, that the Submission is my original work of authorship, and that all statements in the Submission are true..

Nothing in this Agreement shall obligate David Long of The Taste of South Jersey to make any use of the rights granted in this Agreement. I waive any right to inspect or approve any use of the rights granted in this Agreement. I hereby waive, release, discharge and hold harmless David Long of The Taste of South Jersey from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the Submission or with the exercise of the rights and permissions granted in this agreement, including any and all claims for additional compensation, claims of defamation or any claims regarding rights of privacy or publicity. I hereby warrant that I am age eighteen (18) years of age or older and am not restricted from entering into this agreement. I state further that I have read the above authorization, release and entirety of this agreement, prior to its execution, and that I am fully familiar with the contents of this agreement and that I will comply fully with all terms of this agreement. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
